Spring rolls with chicken and Ambrosia™ apple

The fusion of cuisines, the combination of new ingredients, the curiosity of experimenting new and fresh tastes. Grilled chicken, white cabbage, Ambrosia™ apple, rocket and mint with a sauce made of peanut butter, soy, lime, ginger and Sriracha.

Rice leaves with a diameter of 22 cm

Chopped roasted peanuts
Natural peanut butter

Preparation
It's that easy!

Mix all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl with a whisk.

Cut chicken breast, white cabbage and Ambrosia™ apple into thin strips.

Immerse a rice leaf in water for a few seconds. Put it on a cutting board and fill with rice spaghetti, white cabbage, rocket, chicken, apple and a few mint leaves.

First fold the lower end of the leaf and then the sides to the center and roll up. Repeat until all ingredients are used up. Sprinkle the spring rolls with roasted peanuts and serve with the sauce.
