Ingredients

Ambrosia™

Plain yogurt
280 g
Fresh pomrgranate juice
20 ml
Cinnamon powder
Oat flakes
25 g
Chia seeds
Pomegranate seeds
Honey
(if desired)
Preparation

Mix yogurt with pomegranate juice in a bowl

Grate apples, add cinnamon powder and put into bowls.

Add yogurt and mix.

Serve with apple slices, pomegranate seeds, oat flakes and chia seeds and sweeten with honey if you desire.
