Red cabbage

Ambrosia™ apples

Preparation
It's that easy!

Peel the garlic clove and crush finely with salt in a mortar. Add vinegar, oil, honey, grated ginger and freshly ground pepper and mix.

Crack pecan nuts and toast in a pan for a few minutes. Caramelize sugar until golden in another pan. Remove the pan from the cooker, dip one nut after the other in the caramel with the help of a toothpick and let cool on baking paper. Chop them coarsely when cold.

Cut the red cabbage into thin slices.

Cut the apples into thin slices and put with the red cabbage in a salad bowl. Add caramelized nuts and dill, season with the vinaigrette and serve.
