Prepare this delicious apple and yogurt overnight oats for a super-quick, healthy and tasty breakfast the next morning.

Peel and core half an apple, dice and place in a small bowl. Add yogurt and maple syrup and mix with an immersion blender until smooth.

Stir in the oats and cinnamon, cover and refrigerate overnight.
